DISTRIBUTION OF SCHOOL

TEXTBOOKS, MATERIALS & DEVICES 2020 - 2021

Distribution event procedures:

• All distributions will take place on the date and time designated for your grade level.

• Please drive into the campus via the Woodbridge Gate and follow the signs. The Woodbridge Gate is accessed by turning West on Woodbridge from Fulton Avenue.

• If you have 2 or more children in different grades, you may pick up all instructional materials on the same day by emailing dixiecanyongovernance@gmail.com at least two business days prior to your first scheduled pick up date.

• If you are unable to pick up on your scheduled pick up date, please email dixiecanyongovernance@gmail.com.

Devices for the 2020/2021 School Year:

All families must request a device through the LAUSD Device Management System.  Visit device.lausd.net, enter access code “LAUSD 2020”, and complete the form.

• There are enough devices for every Dixie Canyon student. If you have a device that was checked out last year and you would like to keep it, it still must be re-registered for this school year.  To re-register:

1. Visit device.lausd.net to request a device PRIOR TO your material pick-up date (Access Code is LAUSD2020)

2. BRING THE DEVICE BACK TO SCHOOL on the designated date so our team can re-issue the device.

• If you DO NOT have a device from last year or need an additional device for another child, please request a device by visiting lausd.net (Access code is LAUSD2020).

• If you have a device that is not functional or damaged, please email dixiecanyongovernance@gmail.com AND check out a device by visiting lausd.net (Access Code is LAUSD2020).

• If you have library books from last year please bring them back to school when you come to retrieve your materials and books.
